  1. Sunrise Plumbing and Heating don’t offer an emergency plumbing and heating services outside of Bromsgrove. This allows us to offer this dedicated local emergency plumbing and heating emergency call out service to the residents of the Bromsgrove area only.
  2. Joining our emergency call out service means your will pay no call out fee just parts and labour. (Saving on average the £90 call out fee)
  3. This priority service is totally free to our existing and new customers  using our services so in the event you need an emergency plumbing or heating engineer you don’t have to panic just call us. 
  4. Sunrise Plumbing and Heating engineers are highly skilled and work from well stocked vehicles.
  5. Where possible we will  always try to get your issue resolved on our 1st visit if you need specialist parts we work with 2 of the biggest merchants in the UK, if it’s not in stock then 99% of the time they will get for us next day. 
  6. We all know that not all emergencies are related to plumbing and heating that’s why we offer to assist the elderly and vulnerable during the pandemic to anyone isolating, we won’t just stop there if you’re elderly or vulnerable and need transport to a medical appointment or need medical supplies and can’t get there in the snow Sunrise Plumbing and Heating will do our best assist you in  our 4x4 truck (this service is free to the elderly and vulnerable)

Q.  If it’s an emergency how long will I have to wait?

A. As a priority customer where possible we would aim to get to you on the same day we received the call, normally we would try to get you within the hour. 


Q. Do I have to pay for priority service?

A. No there is no charge for priority service, Plus by joining your will never pay us a call out  fee, all you pay for is the parts and labour.


Q. Do you cover breakdowns on my boiler as an emergency?

A. Yes. 


Q.What happens if my boiler is beyond repair. 

A. We can arrange a priority installation to get you heating and hot water back on. What’s more as a Priority customer we will knock £100 off our installation costs. 


Q.  I live outside of Bromsgrove do you cover my are?.

A.  No we only cover Bromsgrove under priority emergency call out scheme


Q. I have never used your services but live in Bromsgrove can I contact you in a emergency? 

A. Yes but you will have to pay a call out fee based on the time and day of the call out as well as parts and labour. (Remember once we have undertaken the work you can ask to join the priority emergency call out scheme for free)


Q. I haven’t used your services for over 12 months, am I still classed as priority?

A. The service is for customers on a rolling 12 months. However  we always recommend you get you boiler serviced every 12 months so by doing this you will continue to be a priority member for our emergency call out scheme 


Q, What’s  classed as an emergency call out?

A, Leaks, burst  pipes, blocked toilets (if you only have 1 toilet in house), blocked drain, toilets not flushing (if you only have 1 toilet in house), toilets not filling (if you only have 1 toilet in house) no heating (elderly or vulnerable),  no hot water (elderly or vulnerable), boiler leaking, boiler not working please call 07428628790 we will always try to help 


Tip to isolate water 

  1. Shut off the main cold water supply (stopcock)locating your stopcock is usually located under your kitchen sink (it’s normally brass with a brass handle) if not under the kitchen sink  check the other base cupboards or take the plinth off and check under thecupboards if you can’t find it the check pantry, downstairs utility room, cloakroom etc or try to locate where  the water enters in to the house.
  2. Turn the handle of the stopcock clockwise until it stops. This will shut all the water off coming into your property.


The waters not stopping

  1. If the water doesn’t stops instantly this may be due residual water still being in the pipes, try opening the downstairs kitchen taps to help drain  the pipes of water.


   What to do If you smell gas.

  1. Turn off the gas at the meter or emergency control valve
  2. Put out all naked flames and cigarettes
  3. Open all windows and doors
  4. Do not turn anything electrical on or off, including door bells.
  5. Call 0800 111 999 To report a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is struck (even if no gas leak has occurred) call 0800 111 999 - 24 hours a day.
